WOW Youth Ministry
What does WOW Mean? It stands for White Oak Witness and that is what we are all about.
Our youth group meets at 6:00 PM every Wednesday. If you have any questions contact Rev. Betsy Flory at 423-877-6042 or btflory@aol.com. Our youth meetings are about fun and learning about God through the scriptures and discussions on issues the youth want to know more about. We play games, fellowship and hang out on Wednesday’s in awesome youth house.
The WOW Youth of White Oak UMC also organizes and participates in missions activities. Each year they participate in the Resurrection youth conference. Annually the youth hold a rummage sale that helps fund their activities and missions projects. We do other fun stuff such as bowling, roller skating parties and post church gatherings on Sundays.
The group supports a person in need through the WorldVision missions organization.
All middle and high schoolers are welcome anytime.
