Mark your calendars and plan to attend the reception welcoming our new District Superintendent, Rev. Mike Hubble and his wife Margaret. Sunday, July 10th from 2pm-4pm at White Oak UMC.

We are co-hosting this event with Red Bank UMC who was to have hosted this reception originally but due to their recent fire the location moved to White Oak UMC.

Pastor Amy in worship this morning announced that we now offer Sunday school for all ages. Babies through Senior Adult are now available. If you are not in a Sunday school class this is a great time to get involved. This is also a great way to invite guests in a smaller group format. Our Sunday school starts at 9:45 AM but we have coffee available to help those who need a little extra help waking up.

A special class will be offered to those who are new to the UMC or need a refresher course? This class will have an emphasis on welcoming  newcomers and those not currently attending a Sunday School class, this group will begin on Sunday mornings during the Sunday School hour (9.45am-10.30am) in the young adult room (up education wing stairs, go right and last room on right). Beginning July 10th and running 6-8 weeks depending upon participation, this is a short class.

Everyone is encouraged to become part of Sunday school as a part of their personal spiritual growth. If you have questions contact anyone who is a member of a current Sunday school class and they can help you. Make this the beginning of worship at White Oak UMC.
